1. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes! We deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners. If your location is serviceable, you’ll see the option during checkout.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

During festive seasons or sales, delivery may take slightly longer.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes with a ₹99 COD handling fee.
For prepaid orders, shipping is free on all orders.
4. What is your return/refund policy?
We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are issued only as store credit in the form of a coupon/voucher of the same value.

A flat ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund (except in case of verified defective/damaged products).

Cash refunds, UPI refunds, or bank transfers are not provided.
Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like color variation, size preference, or change of mind.
5. How much does shipping cost?

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping.

COD Orders: Flat ₹99 handling fee.

Returns: A flat ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund (except in case of verified defective/damaged products).
6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, if your return request (only for damaged, defective, or wrong items) is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a coupon/voucher of the same value. This can be used to place a new order for your preferred size or product.
7. Are the colors in photos accurate?
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS/whatsapp with a tracking link.
