Refund policy

At गीत Nikhaar, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality products with care. While all orders are processed with attention, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement, provided shipping has not been initiated.
  • Once an order has been dispatched/handed to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with a valid unboxing video as proof.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Color variations due to screen/lighting differences
    • Size preferences or change of mind
    • Clearance/sale items

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed as store credit (coupon/voucher) of the same value, usable on future purchases at गीत Nikhaar.
  • Cash refunds, UPI, or bank transfers are not available.
  • A flat ₹99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount (waived only for verified defective/damaged products).

Important Notes

  • Products that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • All return claims are subject to inspection and approval by the गीत Nikhaar Quality Team.
  • गीत Nikhaar reserves the right to reject claims that do not comply with this policy.
  • This policy may be updated or modified without prior notice. Please review it periodically.
