We make every effort to display product details accurately. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat ₹99 handling fee applies (subject to serviceability of your pin code).

We use trusted payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store your card/UPI details.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days depending on location.

During sales/festive seasons, delivery timelines may be extended.

Delivery delays due to courier/logistics issues are beyond our control.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement, provided shipping has not started.

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

Refunds are issued as store credit (coupon/voucher) only. No cash/UPI/bank refunds are provided.

Clearance/sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details, or factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).
